Lily and Draco made a long, and rather awkward, trip through the castle, in search of a secluded area where they could converse. It was close to curfew, and they were hoping not to end up in detention together again, but nevertheless, Draco apparently had something on his mind. The cobblestone corridors of the lower castle were poorly lit, and given the fact that there were no windows, Lily found herself tempted to hold onto Malfoy for direction and balance.
