<div align="center">HOW TO JOIN

<div align="left">If you are crazy about Harry's world like us and you like to draw, doesn't matter if you do so really good or not, join us! Send us a note entitled "Join" (then WAIT for us to send you a reply, it might take about 2 weeks, maybe more maybe less). We'll add you to a Hogwarts house with no selection, so all the houses can have more or less the same number of members to be fair...but of course if you are sick about a house just tell us when you join
Do not submit anything until you have been sorted, please.


<div align="center">HOW TO SUBMIT

<div align="left">- Just send us a note with the subject "Submit" with the link to your deviation.
Your works must be related to the Harry Potter books/movies/fanfics. Let the magic inspire you You can submit art even if contests are running.
- But please send only one work per note/day, so we can submit it by arrival order and get organized ^^
- Please include the name of your house on your notes!! If you don't remember your house simply find your name in either of these links: [link] and [link]
- Please be patient and don't send the same work more than one time, at the moment it will normally take about 1 week since you sent the note for your work to be up
- We only submit a maximum of 6 works a day as general submissions, so your message center won't get flooded. ^^
- Contest entries are submitted as soon as we check the note out .
- Every submission will get 1 house point for the artist's house.
- The submissions can be drawings or paintings. We also accept sculptures/artisan crafts/related photography with the proper © rights (only one pic of each).
- We don't submit scraps (we strongly encourage you to try to submit finished pieces, that way your art will surely get more views)
- This community is dedicated to HP graphic illustrations, but you can share your fanfics by sending the link. Please send these in a note with the subject "FanFics" These go directly to our "Library" journal.
- We accept photo-manipulations, IF the pictures you used on them are yours, or you have the proper authorization to use them, like stock photos. This means we don't accept works that include copyrighted photos of any kind (example: a photograph of Daniel Radcliffe used in a manip, etc) since it violates a DA policy regarding Submissions.
- All the submissions will have the comments disabled and the link to the original work so people shall comment/fav on the original links. Please DON'T favorite works here



<div align="center">CONTESTS

<div align="left">- Only members can submit entries.
- The deadline for each contest will be specified in the featured deviation. There will be one week for voting.
- No entries will be accepted after the deadline
- Everybody, members and non-members can vote (only once and only for 3 entries - not more, not less), and a member is not allowed to vote for his/her own entry.
- Each entry must be 100% done by the member, so please don't send us art you have just colored, it wouldn't be fair for the other members.
- The rules for the contest entries are the same as for the general submissions.
- Send us your entries in a note entitled 'Contest Entry'.
- If you want to participate with a general submission you already sent us, please note us about that and find the link on the gallery.
- You can send more than one entry, but not more than two per contest.
- Voting will be open and we won't accept votes by note.
- The winning entry will get 10 house points.
- The winner will be the Golden Member untill the active contest ends
- After the end of a contest, a clue will be given everyday in our main journal. If someone finds out what it is, that member will be the silver member [best divination student], if there are many people to find out, then the winner will be the first who did it.


<div align="center">HOW TO AFFILIATE

<div align="left">It's simple, just send us a note with the subject 'Affiliate' from the club you want to affiliate with us, HP related or not. Soonly we'll add your club to our journal. (Important: your club must be at least 1 month old, to avoid affiliations with clubs that start and get inactive one moment after)


<div align="center">HOUSE POINTS

<div align="left">- At the beginning of every quarter, every house will start with 0 points.
- At the end of each period, the house that has more house points will be the .
- Our members can volunteer to give that house a prize: a work related to the winning house. Just send a link of your art by note and write "Gift" on the subject. Then we will randomly pick one of the gifts and that will be the house prize.
- The prize will go to the Cup's Room.


Important Note: Every post or note that doesn't follow the rules, such as requests for joining on the devious comments, or a note with more than one work, etc, will be ignored. People, it's not difficult to follow the rules! Thank you.
